This is the most brilliant and original tutorial on how to lucid dream that I've ever seen. Paul tells us to do the OPPOSITE of conventional advice ( which says that you should remind yourself that you're awake throughout the day). I've tried this and it's never worked.
Yet when I'm in a stressful situation or feeling horrid or frustrated, it's a comforting thought to think, "Hey, this is all just a dream, this isn't real, so just chill." :) Thanks Paul, I'll try this. :) This blew my mind. :)
