What is Dzogchen and where does it originate from? This is the Meditation technique, as per David Wilcock talks about on giamtv.com show, (wisdom teachings),were in history there is 160 thousand documented and witnessed, transfigured into their Light body, very powerfull meditations. The meditation comes from the Tibetan Buddhist traditions and that most of the time, just like Kabbalah, it doesn't belong to any traditions since it is found throughout lifetimes after lifetimes of humans. It's about discovering what was already there through experience.

In this meditation, the goal of doing Guru Yoga and

 other

forms of yoga and meditation is to help you recognize

that

you are the clear light of mind and that you are

deathless by

nature. In first knowing how the Tibetan esoteric

 system

work through this meditation and guide you through

the

Tibetan Book of the Dead, the goal of the meditation is

 to

help you change the perception about what the world

is

through eliminating the wrong views about the world

and

move towards knowing.

Please share this meditation to others so that all beings may benefit from the practice. This is a 4 month challenge where people will get to experience the experience of meditation in this lifetime for free. All that is needed is your stamina and will for universal compassion.

Process of the Meditation (the journey)
In the first half of the meditation, I will first guide you through the meditation where you visualize yourself as a being of light and seeing the clear light of mind the way it is so that you understand that you are part of that light. I use both the techniques of guru yoga and kundalini yoga where you purge away the thoughts that don't serve you with kundalini energy and then try to merge yourself with your higher self. Then, from there, you extend that love to other beings and then lastly, to the dead (which is why I read the Bardo Thodol or the Tibetan Book of the Dead).

From the readings of the Bardo, you will get to experience what the dead is experiencing firsthand through symbolism and and emotions felt throughout the journey.

Overview of the Guided Meditation
In the first few minutes of the meditation, one is trying to do relaxation in such a way that will put them in a relaxed state of mind. Through that practice, then one uses a combination of Kundalini yoga and guru yoga (meditation on the teacher and his/her qualities) to let the energy travel throughout the bodily system and the chakra. When one have developed the well-being of the body, one creates the roots like trees and the meditation takes into the manifestation of the mind where one becomes the Earth where one has a torodial field and become one with everything in the universe and time. Also, throughout the session, I will be reading the Tibetan book of the dead where the Book of the Dead seeks to help guide the part of humanity that have died away, regardless of the situation, towards the light (which is oneself) and then one becomes one with that pure light of the mind, both integrated physically, spiritually, emotionally, and psychologically. Thus, this completes the meditation of the Dzogchen meditation. hhh

The Overview of the Week 3 Guided Meditation
The goal of the meditation this week is, just like the previous times when you are doing the meditation on compassion, to learn to dissolve the ego towards the power of goodness that is already there in each and every one of us. How? Through guru yoga and the Kundalini meditation. The only difference is that one will meditate on the quality of love and being. This quality is very similar to sexuality and other forms of love that could be manifested in the universe. However, the main goal is to emanate that quality throughout space and time and to all existence. Thus, bringing bliss and happiness to all beings.
The meditation that one does here comes from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition and that the sole aim of Dzogchen is to incorporate all of life and all of existence as ourselves and look at it the way it is rather than as separations from ourselves (the clear light of mind). Thus, in doing so through guru yoga and kundalini meditation and knowing what the meaning of the symbolism in the Tibetan Book of the Dead, one will derive at it in one lifetime. hh
THIS IS THE SYMBOL BELOW, THEY MEDITATE ON, IT IS A ANCIENT SYMBOL, IT IS THE AHHH SOUND, SO THEY CLOSE THEIR EYES AND MEDITATE, OR IMAGINE THIS IMAGE, WHILE SAYING OUTLOUD OR SAYING "AHHHH" IN YOUR MIND.:
