There was a mixture of retirees, Detroit residents and community activists objecting to the city’s bankruptcy filing Thursday.
Then there was Robert Marques.
In the most unusual argument presented during the U.S. Bankruptcy Court hearing, Marques testified that he was there as a representative of “the Chair of St. Peter” — as in the Vatican.
Marques of Ohio said all of Detroit’s debts were wiped out on June 30 as part of “global debt forgiveness.”
He acknowledged that his legal arguments are unique, but insisted that they are based in fact. He also warned that anyone who doesn’t follow the orders from the Chair of St. Peter could be held accountable for war crimes.
“The City of Detroit, which is a legal fiction, is basically saying there is a bankruptcy,” Marques said shortly after he testified during the bankruptcy hearing. “The problem that most Americans don’t realize is there isn’t a bankruptcy. For one reason: All the world came out of global debt on July 1, 2013, when Iraq sanctions were lifted.”
Marques, dressed in a dark suit and a white tie, was among about 50 people who spoke during the hearing because they filed objections to Detroit’s bankruptcy by Aug. 19. U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Steven Rhodes held the hearing to give retirees and concerned residents a chance to speak.
The Chair of St. Peter is an actual chair that is housed at the Vatican in Rome and is believed to be a chair that was actually used by Peter, a disciple of Christ.
Marques said, “The Chairman of St. Peter is the Chairman of the Global Estate Trust. He is the Chairman over the Vatican.”
Marques, or his organization, filed a 21-page document with U.S. Bankruptcy Court on Aug. 19 and mailed the same document to a number of local Catholic parishes.
The document arrived in a large envelope with a picture of the city skyline emblazoned on it, said Ned McGrath, director of communications for the Archdiocese of Detroit.
McGrath sent out an advisory to all of the Detroit parishes to alert them to the document.
“To overstate the obvious, I would not encourage any contact with this individual and/or his website,” McGrath said in his advisory to the Catholic parishes.
Marques said he came to Detroit to inform the judge and Detroit residents that the city should not be in bankruptcy.
“We are not here to argue these points. We are here to state them in fact,” Marques said.
In court, Rhodes nearly had Marques removed for reading directly from the document he had filed and for going over the three-minute time limit.
Afterword, flanked by about a dozen followers, Marques declined to say where he lives or how many people belong to his organization.
He also repeated his warning that if the orders of the Chair of St. Peter are ignored, there could be consequences.
“If they do not respect that decision they will not fall under the authority of Roman Curia as public officials as will be held for war crimes and crimes against humanity,” Marques said.

Frequency Billboard Campaign

By placing Frequency Art on billboards, bus advertisements, newspaper ads and inner city murals across the country we will essentially be launching a guerrilla marketing campaign to raise humanity's consciousness.
What is Frequency Art?!
The physical world that you see, is made up of energy.  The vibration of that energy is what determines whether that energy will express itself as an emotion or a headache, or  even as your living room chair.  This world that we live in, is vibrational before it is physical.  Normally, information that has expressed itself at (or slower than) the speed of light is all that can be perceived by the human eye.  However, the artist behind these Frequency Paintings (Teal Scott) is able to perceive information beyond the normal physical senses and create paintings that mimic the vibration that is present before the vibration becomes a physical thing.  In other words, Frequency Paintings are visual representations of pre-manifestational thoughts, concepts, emotions and things.  These frequencies are often geometric in nature and extraordinarily vibrant.  Whatever frequency they portray, is emitted into the space surrounding them and causes the viewer to align and entrain with that frequency.  Entraining with that frequency, causes the subject matter to manifest in your reality.
This Ad-busting campaign is essentially an answer to all the "junk" that is attacking our senses on current billboards and ads that are competing for our attention.  Imagine being stuck in LA traffic and aligning with the vibration of inner peace or joy; and not just you, all the people in all the cars around you too.  These billboards will help raise the consciousness of humanity.  Your involvement in this campaign will send out sparks of awakening all over the world.  It is happening and you will aid in this new era of human self discovery!

  • This campaign is launched by Teal Eye LLC a company focused on Global Ascension and positive world change. Supported by www.in5d.com, Andrew Bartzis (Galactic Historian) and Inelia Benz (Ascension 101).
  • By contributing to this campaign you will support a global awakening  and help begin a chain reaction in people's lives.  Higher frequencies are introduced by powerful visual signs that intern will spark coincidences down a path of self-empowerment and individual freedom.

What We Need & What You Get

Money from this campaign will go to expensive advertisements.  Billboards range from 1,000 to 30,000 per-month for the busiest highways in LA.  Full page ads in the New York Times are around the same price. Bus Advertisements are $500.  We will spend 1/2 to 3/4 of the funds for High Traffic Areas to get exposure in large cities where vibrational transformation may be needed the most, then split funds to cover more ground on rural highways where 250,000 truckers pass each day.  We will also be working with Inner City Youth programs that organize massive frequency murals to replace graffiti.
  • Rewards for helping us fund the project include a fear processing download from Inelia Benz, Frequency Art Prints, autographed books, Custom Frequency Paintings, Personal Sessions with Teal Scott all the way up to your own Workshop held in your location.
  • All funds will be used to buy media space as we are putting up our own money as well to make this happen.
The World Is Waking Up
Your contribution will aid the world's awakening. When humanity's vibration raises, people will begin to wake up to their true potential and as a result, society will begin to reflect it's true potential as well.  In this day and age, we are presented with a choice... The choice to stay asleep in a state of density, or to wake up into a state of enlightenment.    Other Ways You Can Help
Some people just can’t contribute, but that doesn’t mean you can’t help:
  • Ask folks to get the word out and make some noise about this campaign.
  • Use the Indiegogo share tools and spread the word

BENJAMIN FULFORD REPORT FOR SEPTEMBER 23 2013

Monday, September 23, 2013

Gold is just a yellow metal that you cannot eat _Benjamin Fulford September 23, 2013

September 23, 2013

There has been a lot of frenetic activity in the past week and a lot more turbulence is expected over the coming days as the death throes of the corporate so-called government of the United States continue. There is also so much fog and disinformation surrounding this event that good old fashioned analogue reporting is needed. To this end last week I talked to former World Bank lawyer Karen Hudes, Indonesian military officials, gold prospectors based in Indonesia and the Philippines plus many other primary sources to try to find out what was really happening in the battle for control of the global financial system.

The conclusion is that there are no giant treasure caves in Indonesia or the Philippines and that the so-called global collateral accounts or global debt facility is based on fraud. What is true though, is that to this day, large amounts of un-usable dollars and Euros are printed, shrink-wrapped and left in warehouses in the region as “payment” for the gold taken from the region by Western powers in the 19th and 20th centuries.

Meanwhile, at the top of this fraud based dollar and Euro system, at least two separate individuals and their factions are claiming rights to control money production.

Both factions, let us call them A and B, have been in contact with this writer about redeeming historical bonds and here is what they say:
A) Says they will arrest me unless I go through faction A.

B) Says they will arrest me unless I go through faction B.

Also, talking to top people in these factions here is what seems to be the gist of their thinking: “If we win this financial war I am going to live in a palace, have my own casino with an island filled with porno stars and, oh yes, I will do some good.”

Both sides constantly talk about miles long caves filled with gold and jewels that are the basis of the dollar and Euro based financial system. However, a wealthy Japanese individual who has spent 30 years hunting for Treasure in the Philippines using imperial Japanese army treasure maps says that the total amount of gold he has seen in all that time is less than 10 tons.

Meanwhile, an Indonesian general linked to former President Soekarno says that any gold Indonesia had was removed long ago. Also, a member of a Japanese yakuza business syndicate (the yakuza are about as criminal the average Western oil corporation), who is involved in transporting gold from Indonesia to Hong Kong for refining, says the total amount of gold leaving Indonesia is about 30 kilograms per day. That is a lot of gold but it is a far cry from the thousand and hundreds of thousands of tons the global collateral accounts people talk about.

Meanwhile, in a good indicator of the credit worthiness of the Federal Reserve Board, holders of genuine Fed bond boxes are offering to sell $12.5 billion face value worth of Fed bonds for $500,000 or 0.0004 cents on the dollar.

This is apparently a touchy subject because this writer has been subjected to lawsuits, paypal troubles, threats from the CIA to shut down my blog and more than the usual amount of death threats since writing about these bonds.

Former World Bank Senior Counsel for the World Bank Legal Department Karen Hudes also agreed, in an interview with this writer last week, that, based on her direct experience, the Western financial system was run by high level racketeers. According to her, when the Federal Reserve Board refused earlier this year to return 300 tons of gold Germany had entrusted with them, she advised the Germans this was similar to a declaration of war. The Germans appeared to have agreed and recently sent a shot across the bows to the Americans in the form of German helicopters flying so low over the US consulate in Frankfurt that china was rattled off the shelves.

Hudes also independently confirmed that top level cabalists were indeed trying to start World War 3.

To prevent this, Hudes says that 380,000 American, Russian and Chinese troops are preparing to move into Washington D.C. in October to arrest the criminals pretending to be a government there. There is a truckers strike due on October 11-13th in the US and the arrival of large amounts of trucks in Washington could be a cover for a major military operation. However, Pentagon and Chinese sources contacted by this writer could neither confirm nor deny such a possibility.

In the same vein, we have not been able to confirm, with direct sources, what really happened at the so-called Navy Yard shootings last week. Internet news sources say most of the people killed were top pentagon brass who were trying to arrest Barack Obama. Other internet reports say Obama suffered a mental breakdown last week and had to be sedated.

All we can say is that in this September 22 photo the grey haired Obama does not appear to be a happy camper:

http://www.gettyimages.co.jp/detail/%E3%83%8B%E3%83%A5%E3%83%BC%E3%82%B9%E5%86%99%E7%9C%9F/president-barack-obama-and-first-lady-michelle-obama-attend-a-%E3%83%8B%E3%83%A5%E3%83%BC%E3%82%B9%E5%86%99%E7%9C%9F/181582548

The other apparently cabal related shooting incident last week was at the Westgate Mall in Nairobi, Kenya. The mall is owned by Israeli citizen Frank Lowy, according to an MI5 source. “Frank Lowy was closely associated with Larry Silverstein in the Twin Towers leasing deal before 911,” the source said.

http://www.truthology.org.au/index.php/posts/413-the-real-frank-lowy

We have also heard from an American intelligence source that agency white hats need to urgently stop a very real cabal plot to blow up the Hoover Dam.

Again, with so many atrocities going on many of us are wondering why these gangsters are not being rounded up and put in jail. Veteran’s Today editor Gordon Duff’s answer was that the pentagon would not move until money had been secured. An Asian secret society source also agreed that soldiers needed real gold in their hands and not paper before they would fight.

That is a mistake I believe. Gold is just a yellow metal and you cannot eat it. The real gold is spiritual. Here is a suggestion on how the pentagon could deal with the upcoming bankruptcy of the US corporate government:

First, make sure everybody has enough cash for a month and then shut down all bank computers and ATMS. Institute a jubilee by writing off all debts, public and private. Also, give people who rent ownership rights to their houses and apartments and promise government money equivalent to rental income to the former owners. This can be done fairly quickly. After that, delete all the money in the banking system. Once that is done, hire accountants to re-input money amounts based on paper receipts and ownership papers.
Since you have spent all your gold, make the new US financial system real estate and asset based. Go for

The smoke gives way as blue spirit flame discovers the fresh kindling of this years life harvest.

The world of life is as myopic as your understanding and expansive as a creative mind loved in a continuous circle of friends and family.

Today at this moment in time, the healers of the southern skies call to your inner child looking at the nighttime sky. We ask you to use this frame of spirit-time as reference to rekindle the youthful spirit who is able to look at the sky with ecstasy and the joy of a creative exploring mind. Let your mind wander above the coming winter clouds. Soar above the city's and freeways. See the complete interconnectedness of the whole world acting in symphony with all creature kind.

This interconnectedness is the root of spiritual evolution, expansion and development. All things born of earth are her children. All her children are blood relatives and kindred spirits exchanging life force as a community of spirits expressing free will on this planet we call Earth.. Some are aware and some are unaware. It is not your place to judge or misjudge.

We look into the fires of creation past the point of no return in a world of infinite energies in continious evolution and expansion. A single frame of human reference comes forward. Image of a Human and his interconnected DNA intertwines with all life force expressing freewill. All incarnated beings can commune with their genetic code on a deeply spiritual and human level if they should choose to explore in freewill the metaphysics of mind body and spirit. We ask you to include this into your weekly development patterns. As the winter solstice draws near people will begin their process or recalling the last year, freeing up stagnant energies from months past. All experience this recalling of energy in a different way. Its written into our DNA - so we can connect with the past events to learn, evolve, create and co-create with all creature kind.

As the days get shorter and shorter the veil will be lifted from the eyes of many people. This veil will reveal the early twilight of winter nights. This veil will be the cycle of night and day. It has no more meaning than the rise and fall of day and night. A cycle that has been played out since man has looked at the stars.

During the winter solstice is the time and place to learn where the magic still lives in your soul. Belittling this times takes away form our ability to understand our creative force with in. Learn to recall energies during the dawn hours. Make extra effort to let go of old habit patterns as the light of a new morning cycle comes over you. Learn how to let go of unanswered prayers as the sun goes down. There are times when we pray and yet do not send it to our highest level of spiritual expression. These prayers get stuck in the heart, cause strife and metal misconduct if they are left to fester for to long. Each prayer needs time with the placenta of great mystery. – Allow this time into your life. It is not a striping of Id, Ego or personality. It is the recalling of life events or memories in long term storage – Let the stars above your head or the clouds floating in the sky be the silent auditors of your past years fate, destiny and expression of day to day life. This is not for those who use ceremonial time as their only means of spiritual expression. You must be ready with a system of prayers that help define your year and upcoming year. Healing is a process not an event like the shortest day of the year.

Now is the time to reclaim the prayer pipe from your medicine allies. Relearning to pray in a whole new way that interconnects all past systems of personnel prayer with your current method of spiritual locomotion. For a short time the coming winter spirits will provide 2 opportunities to commune with the winter thunder beings. It will be your service to mother earth to be aware or thunder on the distant horizon. Thunder and lighting in winter is a rare gift of medicine during these times of personnel change. Each rumble of thunder and flash of hidden light will be your opportunity to express to all living things your true nature unhindered by the camouflage of civilization. Each crack of winter storm thunder will aid you in understanding the self created illusions – friend dragonfly will be your guide during these moments. She will come to you in spirit form because her body is now hibernating in egg time before she hatches a new generation of dragonfly. Learn form friend dragonfly during these times. Let her show you the flowers on the spirit trails or the waterfall where great clouds of gnats form a food chain cycle each time they gather in-mass.

Learn how to tell your ever evolving story to the four winds. It will be your greatest service you can provide to mother earth. Tell her your alive. Tell her your life story in spirit song.

As you learn to walk in balance friend whale will come to your medicine spread. Her song will touch parts of your body with vibration. This vibration will start a process of remembering your past. Take time to heal, learn and prosper with friend whale as your new medicine teacher. Swim with her as part of the great pod of spirit whales exploring the universe with song.

For the communal expression of dreamtime, dream weave and understanding the many frequencies of life we all go through.

Friend dragonfly comes to my medicine spread. Her wings humming in tune with the dream time surroundings, dragonfly hovers over my head, looking for dreamtime gnats. He darts, feeding on a dream time gnat. He settles onto my left shoulder. Her huge eye globes reflecting countless millenniums of illusion. Dragonfly is the guardian of illusion.

She speaks of times past, when the veil of separation was thin or almost non existent, in certain areas of earth mothers spine. Dragonfly wove the veil of separation for 2legged mind, so dream time would be kept sacred for the future generations. For within dream time every facet of life can be explored and experimented with. Those who chose to travel and interact with dream time must confront their own guardian of illusion. The shadow side of your mind that says its all not real.

The shadow often is in league with the ego for the reason of reality control. When you awake in a dream time state, we often must assess where we are, soon we learn what is dream and what is static 2legged mind. The dragonfly will be the creature totem that asks you – have you earned the right to enter dreamtime? She'll ask you what realms of imagination has your inner child explored. She'll ask the questions that make you question the 2 realities. Upon accepting that both are equal and layered onto each other, then you'll understand what earning the right pertains.

The little swan flies through the dreamtime sky looking for great mystery, for her future awaits. Swan has seen high above the great sacred mountain, she knows what awaits those who seek a higher meaning. Swan has settled into your spirit pond to remind you that the future awaits you. There swan sees a gateway guarded by the dragonfly

Swam meets dragonfly and dragonfly said, “you have found the door way to other planes of imagination, I have been the guardian of the illusion for many moons. If you want to enter the place of future, you must earn the right.
Swan asks” why is it necessary to earn the right?”
You must be willing to accept that which the future holds. With out trying to change great spirits plan. Swans message is simple surrender to the grace of life, the spark of life and the taste of life. Do not worry abut the future, know it waits your choice to accept it for what it is.

Dolphin is the dream time teacher of the breath of life, required to maintain the silence to keep grounded in dreamtime realities. The medicine of friend dolphin comes swimming his way into your daily medicine spread. Dolphin speaks to us of the breath of life. Two-leggeds can not go with out breath for a few minutes or thy will die. We can live with out food or water for some time. Within the breath of life, we can access the rhythms and energy of all creature kind. Dolphin is the sacred keeper of the manna of life.

Dolphin is the medicine totem that teaches how to release emotional and spiritual dis-ease. Dolphin is the teaching totem of those seeking to mediate in silence. Dolphin takes a deep breath then dives below the seas in search of his spirit prey. He spots a herring, darting towards the spirit herring, he gobbles up the spirit prey. Returning to the surface he exhales his stored manna, recycling it with fresh air of the sky nation. He takes another breath and dives deeper this time. This represents the need to control ones breathing in a natural way to achieve silence. Only in silence will you discover the connections to the medicine world.

With in the cycle of the oceans and the movement of the great star nation we learn that all life goes through cycles. These moments of movement help us create and control our mission and our purpose.

Me dreaming you and you dreaming me.. Dream on brothers and sisters, dream on

Great mystery reminds us we are freewill co-creators in this dance of life. Sometimes the dance comes to a rhythmical pause. Can you recognize the pauses and sudden starts to this dance of life. When the fire of ceremony has ended and you've returned to your home, can you still connect to the dancer, dancing this dream we all live in?

Great mystery lives with in every thing and every one. The forms may change but the energy of creation remains the same. Great mystery created great spirit to be the creative flow of the uniworlds, which include all levels of the universe and all understanding about the creative force of life. Great mystery will never be solved

    Love

This question has been asked by every man, women and child in every generation since time began. In my humble opinion true love is chemistry bonded with human spark of life, interacting on a daily basis with your community, family, friends and each other. This world we live in calls us to duty every day.

It asks us to be alive everyday that we live on earth. This very task of being alive everyday is what drives us to find love. To search it out, discovering its mysteries and disasters. When we ask ourselves what is love? – and how do we express it? We learn that all things are expressing love at all times. It is up to you the individual to translate their meanings, musings and fortunes told.

Those who observe daily life, learn love has many paths to walk on. Love has times of joy and sorrow. Love has everything we need, But it does not have what we desire. Desire is love gone wild. Its unbridled passion, it's pure nature warming our souls. We seek this passion spark to fulfill light in our lives. This very tangible thing called love is what links every other person in this world together as equal partners in the experience of life. Some take more than others. Some take almost non at all. Love is a continuous exchange of needs and desires from each lover and the community in which the reside.

We as individuals can learn the subtleties of love, but it comes down to knowing what you need VS what you desire. Tempering our mental habit of following only desire, shows wisdom and age. When we love another person, we must know what they need, for love to exist. For love too grow, lovers seek the passion spark. This very palpable thing all humans know by genetic knowledge. It is raw unbridled love making, passed down from civilization to civilization through out time.

Reality bends as we understand each other in those special moments. Linking us in time and place, like snapshot of life's memories.

The Law of Expectation - Expanding Our Reality

Energy follows thought. We move toward, but beyond, what we can imagine. What we assume, expect, or believe creates and colors our experience. By expanding our deepest beliefs about what is possible, we change our experience of life. Any expectation will attract the evidence of your assumption. Replace self-defeating doubts with new beliefs based on clear intention and conscious awareness. Focus on positive outcomes and on our powerful human potential. What we focus on expands and gives energy.                    Andrew Bartzis    http://sovereignmedia.net/

Activating Potential

The vibration of setting in motion one’s innate, dormant potential so that one’s latent talents, qualities, abilities and purpose can come to fruition and manifest in the physical dimension. It is a fabulous vibration for anyone, no matter where they are in their lives. This is an especially good vibration for children or those who feel stuck where they are in their lives. It helps those who have lost touch with their purpose to find it.
